Welcome to the "Preston Castle Revisited" Gallery. There is always something intriguing to photograph when visiting Preston Castle.
The natural light that bleeds through the many windows of the castle adds a dramatic feel to every shot. It is the long shadows, ominous doorways, peeling paint, dilapidated condition and notorious history that draws people to this beautiful piece of architecture.
The photography in this gallery has basic processing. All natural available light, and no saturation of any kind, the colors are what we saw and the camera captured. The white balance settings were set to sunlight to get the warmth of the natural light source.
